Boat Races Day 2018 is going to be exciting, bring the Light Blue Roar to the River Thames! The Cancer Research UK Women’s Boat Race, fought between Oxford and Cambridge from Putney to Mortlake, will take place this year on Saturday 24 March.
Join us at Thames Bank House to follow the action on the TV and to watch the last 200m of the race from the balcony of this beautiful home. The view directly over the finish line is a perfect spot to cheer the team from and you will be sure of a warm welcome!

Tickets are limited so book your place now. There will be tea and coffee all afternoon with light snacks so if you are moving on for the Boat Races Dinner later, you won’t be full up!
Mortlake is well served by buses and trains and Mortlake station is a 10 minute walk away with regular trains serving Waterloo and Clapham Junction as well as stations to the west of London. The nearest bus stop is just next to the Mortlake Brewery which is directly between the Lower Richmond Road and the River.
There will be no parking available at the venue as all roads leading to the river will be cordoned off and policed from the previous evening. Arriving by bus or train is therefore recommended.
